Electronic Contracts Tracking System (eCTS)
Overview
eCTS is an electronic contract management and tracking system, available to all Emory faculty and staff, that provides the status of incoming agreements handled by the Office of Sponsored Programs Industry and Non-industry Contracts Groups:
- clinical trial agreements
- data use agreements
- confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements
- research service agreements
- government sponsored research agreements
eCTS allows Emory faculty and staff to track the status and obtain additional information on specific agreements from receipt to full execution and because it is web-based, faculty and staff can access information related to their contracts remotely.
Accessing eCTS
To login to eCTS, an Emory NetID is required. The Emory NetID is the user name and password used to access Emory e-mail.
Upon successful login, faculty and staff can search the status of agreements by entering the last name of the Principal Investigator (PI) or by entering the Proposal ID as assigned in EPEX. After entering the PI's last name or Proposal ID, click on the selected record to obtain detailed information on the status of any agreement.
To obtain additional information on a specific agreement and/or to contact the OSP Contract staff assigned to the agreement, please click on the send e-mail button.
For questions related to the system, please contact OSP at OSP-CONTRACTS@LISTSERV.CC.EMORY.EDU.
Resources
** For agreements that do not require EPEX routing (i.e., confidentiality agreements), the PI's last name should be used as the search filter.
** Information in eCTS represents the status of agreements as of close of business on the previous day.
