Biography
Daniella is the Senior Associate Director for the Industry Contracting Group in the Woodruff Industry Sponsored Clinical Trials office (WISC). Her duties include reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts for industry-sponsored clinical trials and research studies as well as training new team members. Daniella earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Studies from Baylor University.

Biography
Kanika is an Associate Director in the Woodruff Industry Sponsored Clinical Trials office (WISC). In this role, Kanika oversees a team which reviews, negotiates and executes a variety of agreements industry sponsors. On December 26, 2012, Kanika began working in OSP with the grants team prior to moving to the contracts group in 2014. Before beginning at Emory, Kanika received her Bachelors and Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia. She is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Biography
Mekia is an Assistant Director for the office. She handles Clinical Trial Agreements for the team maintaining efficiency with her exceptional organizational skills as a committed professional. She has been with the University for almost fourteen years. Prior to coming to Emory, Mekia worked in the Life Science division of an Executive Search firm where she placed MD/PhD level directors and associates in Biotech and Pharmaceutical organizations. She also has a certification in Human Resource Management with a great appreciation for training and development. Mekia obtained her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.

Biography
Nikki is an Assistant Director for the Non-Industry Contracting Group in the Office of Sponsored Programs. In this role, she is responsible for managing a team which reviews, negotiates, and executes a variety of agreements with state, federal and private sponsors. Nikki previously worked in the Office of Sponsored Programs on the contracting team from 2006 to 2015. Prior to returning to Emory in May 2022, she served as the Assistant Director of Contract Negotiations at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Biography
Austin is Senior Associate Sponsored Research Analyst for the Non-Industry Contracting Group in the Office of Sponsored Programs. In this role, he is responsible for processing, drafting, and negotiating subcontracts and various other agreements. Prior to joining the OSP team, Austin practiced criminal defense on behalf of the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.
Austin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Berea College and earned his law degree from Northern Kentucky University. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky

Biography
Winsome is a Lead Sponsored Research Analyst, Industry Contracting Group in the Office of Sponsored Programs. In this role, her responsibility includes reviewing and negotiating clinical trials and other industry sponsored research agreements. Winsome previously worked in the Office of Technology Transfer as their Patent Manager from 2010-2015. Prior to returning to Emory in Feb 2023, she served as Manager, Intellectual Property & Agreements at Khalifa University of Scient and Technology in Abu Dhabi, UAE and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Thuwal, KSA. Prior to joining Emory, Winsome’ s employment background/ experience was in Intellectual Property (Prosecution and Licensing) with biotech/pharma giants Roche and Chiron Corporation (now Novartis).
She is a graduate of Emory University Law School (Juris Master), Holy Names University (MBA, Finance and Organization Leadership) and St Mary’s College of California (BSc, Health Services Administration).

Biography
Kemi is a Senior Associate Sponsored Research Analyst in the Woodruff Industry Sponsored Clinical Trials office (WISC). Kemi has been with Emory University since 2018. Her duties include reviewing and negotiating clinical trial among other industry sponsored research agreements. Kemi was previously on the subcontract team in the Office of Sponsored Programs. She received her LL.B from University of Lagos, B.L from the Nigerian Law School and her LL.M from University of Georgia School of Law. She is a licensed to practice in the state of Georgia and Nigeria.

Biography
Chantrell Lowe is a member of the Woodruff Industry Sponsored Clinical Trials office (WISC). Her position involves handling confidential disclosure agreements for industry partners. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing, tracking and negotiating these agreements in order for Emory representatives to receive information regarding potential studies. She has been with Emory University for fifteen years employed in roles in department administration and research administration including pre-award research analyst and coordinator, PAN and NCE facilitation, sub-award processing, pre-award data migration and post-award on account reconciliation. Prior to joining Emory, she worked in financial aid administration with Tulane University and development administration with New Orleans Museum of Art and Lighthouse for the Blind. She is a graduate of Spelman College with a B.A. in Psychology.

Biography
NanaYaa is an Associate Sponsored Research Analyst for the Non-Industry Contracting Group in the Office of Sponsored Programs. In this role, she is responsible for processing, drafting, and negotiating various types of sponsored agreements with state, federal and private sponsors. Prior to joining the OSP team, NanaYaa was a Program Analyst for the Federal Aviation Administration’s National Airspace System’s team.
NanaYaa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Boston College.

Biography
Tina is a Senior Sponsored Research Analyst with the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). She joined Emory University in June of 2012 as a Sr. Associate Sponsored Research Analyst. Tina supports the non-industry contracts team, which includes contractual negotiations for federal, state, city and foundations proposals - awards. Her accomplishments include negotiating and executing over 1000 amendments, proposals, research agreements, confidentiality –non-disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, business associate agreements, Master Clinical Trial Agreements, or Master Research Agreements. Tina has worked on various multi-million dollar federal, proposals submitted to National Highway, Centers for Disease Controls, DARPA, and other federal agencies.
Prior to joining Emory, Tina's employment background includes Federal Department of Defense contracting experience, as well as federal contracting experience with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Tina is a graduate of Georgia State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She continued her education at University of Virginia, Contracts Management Masters Certification Program.
